If you want help with an alcohol problem, I can give you the treatment you need, when you need it, without you having to go away anywhere. I provide a personalised home alcohol detox programme, with medication, psychological help, support and planning included.

This programme is a realistic and affordable alternative to residential rehab or private alcohol clinics. Of course, if I think that someone else would be better suited to help you, I will always say so. The most important thing is to get you the right kind of treatment.

Sometimes it’s not easy to make sense of all the different kinds of help and alcohol treatments on offer. It might be useful to book a one-off assessment, counselling & planning session with me. I often do these appointments with the client and their partner, other family members or a friend. We can talk through all aspects of your drinking, and come up with a range of different solutions and possible ways forward. At the end you'll have a much clearer idea of the next steps you can take to a better way of living.
